Water cleaning system
Filters and recirculates water and glass beads in a closed loop — labyrinth filter separates contaminants, glass beads settle in a dedicated container for reuse. Saves up to 70% on water and media consumption, no mains connection required. -
Ventilation system
Removes mist and moisture from the cabinet through a 110 mm outlet duct — reduces humidity in the work area and maintains clear visibility during longer cleaning sessions. -
Small parts drum
Designed for bulk cleaning of small parts — rotating drum with adjustable tilt angle handles connectors, fasteners and hardware without manual processing of each item. -
Small parts basket
Stainless steel basket for cleaning multiple small parts simultaneously — holds fasteners, connectors and small metal components in a single cycle. -
Rotating and pull-out table
Designed for heavy parts — roll the table out, load the part, slide it into the cabinet on rails. Rotate during cleaning using the built-in rotating base. Table and rotating platform included. -
Rotary table
Stainless steel rotating platform for the cabinet working grille — two-part design with a fixed base and rotating top plate. Provides access to all sides of the part without repositioning. Fits all LITE and STANDARD models.

Wet blasting works with steel, cast iron, aluminium, stainless steel, plastics, ceramics and composites. Pressure is adjusted to suit the material — from heavy industrial components to delicate antiques with fine surface detail.
Unlike sandblasting, Aquablast vapor blasting does not damage surfaces or alter part geometry — water cushions the impact of the abrasive and flushes contaminants away simultaneously. No dust, no chemicals, suitable for indoor use. Glass beads are reused multiple times. Compared to manual cleaning, the result is consistent and processing speed is significantly higher.
